1. The service
Kelvin is a weather forecast application provided "as is". Forecasts are derived from Apple WeatherKit and are predictions, not guarantees. Do not rely on Kelvin for safety- critical decisions regarding severe weather.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
Kelvin Pro is offered as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase through each platform's store. Payment is charged to your platform account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel via your platform's subscription settings or the in-app Customer Center.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Kelvin API service, including attempts to bypass rate limits, extract data for redistribution, or reverse-engineer access credentials.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelvin's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including damages arising from inaccurate forecast data.
5. Changes
These terms may change as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated date.
